Does anyone have a link for old versions (like 1.5.1/1.5.0/1.4.0)?

No there isn't a walkthrough as the game is still in its early stages and the game mechanics were recently changed. Press the G key for the DebugTool.

Is there a list of possible Animations ?
A lot of them when you play as a Female seem to be the same Animation with a different Guy.
Also, is there any content outside the Bar ?
The Meadow you can travel to seems empty.
