Not sure how I feel about the pink hair, or even the haircut itself on Dizi, it reminds me of one of those troll dolls from the 90's. The model itself is great though.
the $1 tier doesn't really make any money because of patreon/tax cuts out of it. not that i'm being greedy, but given i give the games away for free it doesn't seem to make sense in having it there. it's also a bit of a juggle to remember (for me) who needs what on any given tier.Awesome to see that the sequal is already in the making! The first game was an absolute gem and quite frankly deserves even more attention than it already got!
PS:
Any chance a your lowest Patreon tier will ever make a comeback? Kinda iffy on the money site atm tbh, but i still would love to support you. Otherwise i might just have to hold off until the economic side of the Corona situation stabilizes.
in all seriousness, dizi is still a slight work in progress on the hair. the problem with her is her ears reduce the hair options. at this point, i'm still thinking what to do with her there and trying to throw my hair up and say fuck it she's bald. i sorta wanted a mohawk, but haven't found an asset i like. otherwise... characters like her will be the last to be rendered in full-screen options due to the possibility a new hair might get released which i can use.Not sure how I feel about the pink hair, or even the haircut itself on Dizi, it reminds me of one of those troll dolls from the 90's. Personally I think a mohawk would fit her great. Hopefully you can find one that works.in all seriousness, dizi is still a slight work in progress on the hair. the problem with her is her ears reduce the hair options. at this point, i'm still thinking what to do with her there and trying to throw my hair up and say fuck it she's bald. i sorta wanted a mohawk, but haven't found an asset i like. otherwise... characters like her will be the last to be rendered in full-screen options due to the possibility a new hair might get released which i can use.
same. but floppy mohawks are all the rage now, and i don't like that. i did see one i'm keeping my eye on in the daz store. it's a bit expensive to get, so waiting for it to discount.Personally I think a mohawk would fit her great. Hopefully you can find one that works.
Thank you for your quick answer, mate - highly appreciated. I just subbed to your Patreon anyway tbh . If shit hits the fan again economy wise (at least where im living) i'll just have to take a 'lil pause.the $1 tier doesn't really make any money because of patreon/tax cuts out of it. not that i'm being greedy, but given i give the games away for free it doesn't seem to make sense in having it there. it's also a bit of a juggle to remember (for me) who needs what on any given tier.
originally i gave it a test run for the 19 or so patrons i had when corona hit so they could switch to that if they were affected, but i think only 1 or 2 took advantage of it. the rest were new supporters.
if this makes me sound a bit mercenary, i apologise. it's not meant that way. but it's the system patreon has built.
for subscribestar, i don't think they allow $1 (might have got that impression when signing up. i'm clicky with these things without reading fine print).
for support without cash, i'm happy to see peeps talking about the game or sharing it around. or pop into discord. i realise not everyone has the cash to throw around, especially in this current weird age of coronavirus and riots.
Looks AMAZING! Thank you very much for sharing the progress here as well
Normally, I leave this for my Subscribers on Subscribestar or Patreon, but I had to share this because it's exciting.
Here's a look at the rebooted UI for Shag the Hag 2, which includes a detailed look at how I'm having a lot of extra data when you hover over skills/items/buttons, so that you won't feel lost.
Next week, I'm injecting music which will change according to your location and sometimes the quests/time of day.
Thanks. I worked hard on it, and had to learn a lot. the books will have bars for your skill progression (why two pages were sort of blank). Eagle-eyed will note there was a quest journal, so no one will need to feel that "I don't know where to go/what to do to progress" feeling.Looks AMAZING! lulz! i know what you mean by being sus of sequels. i'm usually the same. i did give it a subtitle for the first release, but it's only "revenge of the brides".Since its a spiritual successor can it get a new name like Bone the Crone or something else. Shag the Hag had a nice ring to it but hollywood has made me suspicious of all sequals
