I don't believe it, I don't think it's the intended relationship by the dev, doesn't feel like brother and sister at all ( maybe child hood friend or foster sibling) , that is the problem with this letting player choose what type of relationship and the patreon rules, player don't know anymore what is really the most accurate relationship (unless it's too obvious like those cover landladies, roommates, etc) that will fit and that will makes sense. For me , it doesn't matter what is the relationship, incest or non-incest, as long as it makes sense and as long as it's the intended relationship by the dev

It's mixed from what I remember. Parts aren't written as if they are siblings, but other references make it seem like they are. It's been a while since I played it, so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but I believe I remember them expressing shame when they first show attraction to each other that only makes sense if their attraction to each other is "wrong", and they visit "their" old home, with the implication that they grew up in the same house together.

I played a lot of bro and sis incest blood-related ( I am referring to the times when there is no patreon shit censorship yet) even if I am not really into that but I can tell the difference, and this one I am quite sure it doesn't have any of that vibes. If what you are saying is true then how bro and sis romance is written in this game is very weak (ofcourse shiity patreon is the one to blame) but for me I think if I have to guess, it could be that the most accurate relationship will be foster or step siblings.
As for that debate, you have a point but still.. I don't know, I am really not convinced that they are blood-related brother and sister, not at all, especially during sex. IRL perspective, you will still see it as disgusting or unacceptable, if you see bro and sis banging each other if even they aren't related especially if they grew up together( adoptive or step) so it can be still considered as unethical or something that they can use during the debate . I played them as steps. Didn't indicate they shared the same birthday, so not twins, but same age and in same school year, apparently. It fits with the apparent living arrangement, and while it's something that wouldn't go over well in a lot of places, there's nothing technically wrong with it.

The epilogue scenes are very disappointing, why the hell there is no option to avoid doing anal with the girls? it's disgusting, I don't wanna bang the hole waiting for shit to come out. They are brother and sister, it is indeed why those options are there, just like their previous games and their new game where incest is the thing. If their games weren't bound to Patreon and the idiotic login, it would probably be the "default" relationship.

I think I finally understood why I never managed to beat this game, 80% of it is the MC thinking or explaining in excruciating detail what's currently happening, after I finally gave up on forcing myself to read all that and only paid attention to what they're talking about I finally managed to make some actual progress. But what's worse of it all is that on the lewd scenes even though most of it is thoughts and explainment the dev could have put a lot more angles in each of those essays. Not even new scenes just better angles, sometimes the few angles are so bad the animations are just straight up boring.

Don't really need one. Other than language changes, your choices don't really prevent you from getting any of the endings so long as you don't outright reject a girl along the way.
