Having the same issue, i'm trying to run it on linux tough

I haven't looked into it in detail, but at first glance ...it looks like BepInEx + auto-translator inside. Logically it can't work on Linux, it's a Win-Win solution,dll not loading.

Says it's translated, but everything still is in Japanese for me. Any startup flag or is one of the uploads the OG version?

Maybe something is blocking auto-translator..AV, Defender, firewall..maybe you need shorter path (close to C, no special characters).

This game actually doesn’t have missions. The goal is simply to make the girl climax in order to unlock Free Mode.
However, many players seem to have trouble getting her to climax

Why isn't there an upgrade to increase the time remaining? Can't even max out the pleasure bar. And the scenes being relegated to one side of the screen was a dumb choice.

I confused too, it feels like the developer made the game only half finished.

The game is excellent. Sometimes when selecting a 'mode' the game crashes, but at least the progress you’ve made isn’t lost.

I managed to get both the pink bar and blue bar to full with like seconds to spare and the heart lit up right before I ran out of time I feel like its random what actually works.

Seems like a classic case of an undercooked game concept that ran out of time and got released in a functional but unsatisfying form.

A terrible waste of such good quality graphics.
