I use both your input and the words brother and sister. For instance, she'll refer to you as her brother, but if she's use the word bro, or whatever you want, in place of your name on some occasions. If she's shouting at you, she'll use the variable, if she's saying 'my brother is odd' then it doesn't because I think it's better that way.
Are you trying to make her your cousin or daughter? If so, that doesn't really work. I could add that functionality if people want, I just didn't think anyone would due to the MC being the samea ge as her and cousin just being a worse version of a sister IMO. I could replace all uses of 'brother' with a variable that you could change to cousin. The issue would be that it wouldn't capitalise at the start of sentences.

You should get xp, perhaps I messed something up. I didn't have the xp popup when i was testing the mod so I may have missed that if it is indeed broken.
The 15xp for Story Time is a major award and not getting it seriously slows down progress. I've been working around it by switching back to Girlfriend before talking to her, but that's making me miss all of the Sister chat content. I think that I just need to stop playing until you release a hotfix, and then start over.

This is coding for you. I indented the call to give you xp by 1 which means you only get it on the final conversation. Very annoying.

im sad that this game has changed so much, i love it before, i still do but i cant fucking read with the text being White, how the hell do i change the Font colourr? is killing my eyes.

I've fixed a few bugs, changed the text to black and I'm going to rebalance moods later tonight. I'll release an update tomorrow.
In the meantime, you can change the following:
gui.text_color = '#111111'
gui.interface_text_color = '#ffffff'
gui.choice_button_text_idle_color = "#111111"
So, I know the days she's sad are random, but it seems they happen way too often. And weekends suck... I just sleep from Friday night until Sunday night now that I have a ton of cash built up. I really think there should be a way to influence her mood, like buying flowers or candy or something (like before). It's soooooo booooooooorrrrrrinnnnnng to just grind and grind with what seems like only a 30% chance of actually being able to do anything. I've wasted entire weeks of game time just waiting for her to stop being sad. It's just not fun, and kills the mood.
Maybe she should be sad more at lower levels, but as the game progresses, the chance of her being sad should decrease as a result of her emotional healing. At least then it would make sense, and we as players would feel like we're making progress.

I'm rebalancing moods tonight. I also understand that weekends are an issue and an thinking about ways I can improve that. I probably need to rebalance money too and I may add gifts when I do this.

thanks, that was horrible to read it with that text, btw what i mean i like it a bit more before is because the game was more visual novel like and did give a bit insight of story at the beginning of the game.

The new system will result in fewer bugs and complaints about people who are stuck, I hope. I want the story to be found in conversations, dates, trips, and other stuff like that. The conversations are split between random and story right now, but I wnat to give the player more control over what they say to help change Sarah's mood. I also want to add story conversations that are tied to your level so as you progress you unlock more story.

The max level is 20, there's content up until then. Levels 18 and 20 are molest reward unlocks and 19 is a deepthroat scene. If you don't like those then you can stop at 17.

Then a big warning that old saves won't work should be added to the OP, and in the changelog. "Recoded the entire game" in the changelog isn't enough. Honestly, if I had seen such a warning I would've known better than to download this. Now I've downloaded it just to have to shitcan it.
So much grinding is just exhausting.. also she's been sad for 10 days now, you really need to get on that shit.
