I am also not long into the VN Stuff but already noticed that a lot of devs start games and then vanish and abandon games.
I think especially on patreon and here we need to consider that all games are just work in progress and a lot of the devs read comments here also. Some of them do it with passion and for some its just a hobby or a way to make some extra money. There is a VN which was following same concept...first it was telling a story up to a level of progress without any impact of choices/decissions
and in later updates there was no progress in the story further but in previous dialogs/scenes were added more options which lead to different paths or scenes which were not in previous version. They were locked or unlocked by thee stats or decissions before. I hope this game here follows similar concept. The game is pretty new and lets give it a chance.
