He was very responsive and professional." during Mina's request to Finlay to recruit the MC — it's not a mistake, Mina is simply lying to Finlay to avoid revealing that it was actually the MC who helped her escape the dinner with Robert.
As for Mina and the MC working with Naomi afterwards, yes — Naomi is part of Mina's staff (she has an assistant (MC), a stylist (Naomi), etc...). It's just not shown and happens off-screen.
And as Milton perfectly pointed out, her stage name is Mina, but her real first name is Min-hee.

Also in the same convo with Finlay, she said we met last year(Just like she told Robert), and when telling Finaly, she said that wasn't a lie, about the year, but a year hasn't passed, only a month so figured I would ask about this one too, if it was a lie too, so I can decide whether to remove that one from the word document.

And yeah I will shoot you a dm with errors, I am putting together a doc, Not sure if I should send all the errors in one huge go, or make it more maneagable for you and send it in a couple waves, I pretty much have ch.1 and probably parts of 2 done(there was no intro to ch.2 but am sure I crossed into it), but would you rather it all in one, or sending it in a couple waves?

Characters don’t always tell the truth. When the MC tells Lena that Mina wanted to recruit him because they had worked together, he’s just lying to avoid revealing the real story of how they met (at the restaurant), as Mina asked him not to tell anyone.
Same for Mina — she says she met the MC a year ago to Finlay because that’s the version she gave to Robert, so she sticks to that story with Finlay to avoid raising any suspicion (as shown in the scenes, it was Finlay who arranged the meeting between Mina and Robert, so Mina knows that if she changes her story, Finlay will notice).
You can include points in the document if you think there’s an inconsistency, but if I know for sure there isn’t, I just won’t take it into account.
Feel free to send all the errors in one big file — I don’t mind if that’s easier for you.
don't mean to nit pick, but if i'm not mistaken, she the owner of the apartment (a.k.a. flat) and she is renting out the rooms, so that would make her landlady, not landlord

Landlord is actually a generic term that refers to the person renting out the property regardless of whether they are male or female. You can use landlady to refer a female, but in AVNs it's probably best not to give the wrong impression.

Man, I tried, I really tried, I started a playthrough without rejecting her but she’s even more unbearable in 0.3 than before, thinking she’s irresistible and can get whatever she wants with her body, she acts like a slut who claims herself that she’s not interested in a relationship, she’s clearly playing with the MC like he’s her new toy, she even says that the only way to get to know her better is by playing her sexual games. It’s funny that she thinks she’s the most attractive girl in the world when she is, to me, one of the less attractive girls in this game. I don’t know what the endgame is with her, will she ever change? Is she hiding her true personality behind a shell? Anyway, I tried but I gave up one more time, I rejected her when she said that MC should stop here if he doesn’t want to play her little games.

Lena isn't my favorite but I still like her. I dislike the FWB a little more I forget why without a fresh replay. I think might have to do with the pacing of the FWB character as I still need to get to know her a little more I forget.

While I'm not a huge fan of Lena, especially after 3rd update, I don't think she is lost cause, not yet at least
