Weird... I guess you guys prefer passive girls? Lena's cool. Nothin wrong with a competent assertive girl that knows what she wants. Ended up choosing her over Jennie. That being said, I don't know which girl I'm gonna choose for my main playthrough. I'm leaning towards Mina (heh), but it's not set in stone yet... Yeah im a pretty passive dude so I do like someone that isn't haha but still usually not my favorite type depending on the character . I still prefer a sweet girl like Jennie as her path feels more romantic and wholesome to me that and I just love sweet she is.

I don't blame ya dude. Jennie seems like a really cool girl. I tend to be attracted to a lil trouble though and Lena's risky lewd scenes are fucking hot. I'll be keeping an eye on her route as long as it stays away from humiliation & doormat stuff.

Yes, Lena will have a romance path, just like the four other main LIs. Her attitude is more like “Don’t expect to go on dates with me,” but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any dates with her at all.
I don’t know Roxy from UoP, so I can’t confirm if Lena is similar, but from what you described, it does sound a lot like her.

Is there gonna be a path where you can keep hooking up with a few of them? maybe a throuple (Lena and Maddie seem like good candidates for a poly)? Or is it's gonna be one of those you're forced into choosing one LI for the rest of the game?

Also... as bonus observations, the game is pretty good, I like the story & characters so far (had to drop Jennie 'cause I don't like solw burn pseudo romantic bs)... however, BGM is too uneven, needs more work... and well, animations are a bit clunky but that's a minor thing all in all, I'm sure the dev will improve them with time

Oh and as for the previous LI conversation... my favs are Lena and Maddie, 'cause I prefer their type myself (they all look good), so there you go and for what it's worth.

As I mentioned a bit earlier in the thread, there won’t be any possibility of forming a throuple. Only a threesome will be available, with two specific LIs — but I can’t reveal more about that for now.

And without spoiling anything, once you’ve reached the key point in your relationship with a particular LI (key point = defining the nature of your relationship with her), there will be the option — with some girls (not all) — to maintain a hookup/booty call type of relationship.
Depending on the choices with the girls, it’s gonna be possible to have two strictly sexual relationships with two different LIs at the same time, and neither of them would be bothered by it.

As I also said earlier, if during the key point with one girl you choose to get into a relationship with her, the game won’t block you from reaching the key point with another girl and choosing to be in a relationship with her as well.
BUT that doesn’t mean it’ll come without consequences — if you cheat on her, it’ll be at your own risk.

Otherwise, I agree with you regarding the animations — I’m constantly trying to improve on that front.
As for the BGM, it’s a bit more complicated due to music usage rights (especially for games with NSFW content), and finding good royalty-free music is tricky.

For the moment, I can’t invest in subscriptions for music libraries or purchasing licenses, so I’m just trying to do the best I can with what’s available

Also, yeah it's understandable about the music... You still have time for that, but I see you're selling it on steam, so I'd recommend you don't neglect the music aspect of the game... a lot of players say they don't care about the music, which is fair enough, but a lot of them do, and it's better to have people mute it than to have people want music and not have it, specially when dealing with a larger market like steam... just my 2 cents tho =)

Oh and btw, you don't necessarily need to put music in every scene, you could also look into ambiance sounds... like street background noises and such... the issue is more with having long stretches of silence and then some BGM here and there, that's what makes it feel "uneven", so to speak, but having a background track of the sound of a neon light, or a fan or whatever else, could fill in the audio void while not being a headache as well... just a thought.

Damn, so I just played everything through and this is just really good. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is.

Scene framing, lighting, pacing, dialogue are all pretty top notch. The story is pretty interesting even though it's currently fairly splayed out, but given the way it's shaping up, I am sure it's going to get more condensed into eachother with how tangled up things are getting.

Also digging that the LI's are overall pretty realistic thus far, no real "hey you're now locked into this route" switches like some games have done in an 0.1 release which I've always found a bit ridiculous, and they all feel quite organic and well fleshed out even with it only being a 0.3 release and the game not being overly focused on them yet.
On another note, I'm also just really into Lena as a character. I don't know how but you've managed to find a way to make a character be assertive and almost dominant, but still feel like they're very respectful of the MC and his decisions. It's a very refreshing change of pace and I really don't come across characters like that very often. A+, intoxicating to say the least.

The only minor nitpick I can think of is that certain scene transitions were a bit jarring, going from one location/character to another and I think the ones that were jarring where the ones that transitioned into a more zoomed-in and cropped scene. I think doing something like a wide-angle shot at first when hard switching would alleviate that, or do something like a pre-amble to set up the scene switch in a way that makes the viewer realize that "oh, we're switching to something else here".
But again, this is definitely a very minor nitpick, I only noticed it a scarce few times and it wasn't egregious enough to get me out of the mood and it's even hard for me to fully remember when they were as I was pretty absorbed into the story.

Overall, actually fantastic, looking forward to the next update.

Good story, interesting characters and the art is on point. Keeping dialogue minimal without losing the plot is tough, but the dev has handled it well. Best of luck with this project!

If I go into the situations that can lead to a threesome, I’d be spoiling things—so I’ll just say this: a LI might agree to something like that to spice up her relationship with the MC, knowing it’s purely sexual and that it won’t suddenly turn into the MC falling in love with the other girl.

Yeah, I remember one scene where Mike tells the detective on the case that they haven't been able to bring Andrev down for about 15 years... and I was like "but Mike, you look like you're 25 or younger, let the detective work" .
