So amnesia, dead dad, hot MILF "Landlady", shota MC, empty sandbox, no quest log and a black best friend. Does any one know if the MC has a horse dick or Elvis hair? I only need one more to fill out my F95 bingo card.

Sandbox, per se, isn't the issue. The issue is the talent or capability of the programmer. There are some very successful sandbox games, but they are far and away the exception, not the rule. For whatever reason, most devs are simply not talented enough to keep the variables and timing in order so that the game flows naturally. You may have one event in box A, but continue in box B as if the event in box A didn't happen. There are some games I've seen (ie, the python code) wherein the dev has required an event to occur 20 or 30 times before moving to the next event. Doing so gives a false impression of having much to do in a game, but is totally unrealistic regarding the natural flow of things. Time flows linearly and most of these games should follow that concept.
Then there is the amnesia thing....Amnesia in these games is similar to time travel in movies. IMO, it is generally a lazy way to create a story and ignores the inevitable plot holes it creates. I wished these games had better writers. I'm all for great renders and talented animators, but in the end, the writing is the primary talent and most just don't have the gift. They would be better off teaming up with others than going it alone.

Game is a mix of sandbox and visual novel, it is nether of them hence the no sandbox/visual novel tag
v0.1 includes the first 4 days of the story, there is a bug with the ending not being displayed, hotfix introduced another bug, I'm going to start working on v0.1.2 patch to fix most of the holes.game stops at day 4 and i cant do anything

I really believe there is a nice story that will follow with the next couple of updates.This game shows that it doesn't need an outstanding story to do porn;
It's a classic erotic plot with porn logic, "Roommate helps the protagonist to jack off because the doctor prescribed it."
If you could, expand on the part "Messed up code that ignores choices. Missing images. No scenes."

A piece of advice:
1) Mark the places of interest, otherwise it's too boring to always check all the locations in a sandbox.
2) There is a bug: if you leave from watching the movie with Lily, you can find her in the kitchen as well - with all the part 2 of the morning event.
I would like to try this game again after it would be improved as suggested.
There kinda is, notes tab in phone settings have hints, on the next patch, I'm going to expand on this, thanks for the feedback

When i see a Sanbox tag i dont even read the overview and i just ignore the game. This game here i downloaded before it received the sandbox tag.
Power Vacuum was on my ignored games list and it was like i never heard about this game before.
And i agree with you, if Power Vacuum was a standard VN could be much more sucessful. I was looking their patreon page and they have 867 patrons and do $2.689 per month, the game was release in Sep 2019. University of problems is from nov 2020 and they have 806 patrons and do $4.527 per month...in other words, Univ. of Problm. is from almost 1 year later, have almost the same number of patrons and do more money per month.

Ahh, so that's what that was....got it. Prolly best to try and incorporate explanation into the feature of the game since atm, it's just kinda "Here's the game and figure it out"

That's not how it works, it should have both tags then. If it has sandbox elements, it needs the sandbox tag. Just like if it has an Anal scene it needs to have the Anal tag
People need to stop avoiding adding tags to lure more people into playing the game. Lying isnt a good marketing strategy
The game definitely needs a sandbox tag. Lukily the mods already added it to the top of the thread, but it should be added in the OP tags too
Deleted already, but asked if you want to visit the warehouses, if you say no, you still go there. I can't remember 100% but I think the going for coffee before/after seeing the doctor is also messed up. Missing pictures, I don't remember where. There was at least 2 instances.
Sandbox: Right to the ignore list regardless of how good the graphics are. Too bad.
