Since when is an MFF threesome considered lesbian?
Thoughts on Billie's transformation. I think the "doctor" is another person with powers which is why he is always moving around. How else can the transformation work so well and so quickly?
I talked to the developer about this too. He just said that it's important to the story so he's not making it optional. Either his definition of lesbian is different from other people or he just doesn't care about breaking his earlier promises. The only way to keep this "optional" I guess is to just not do Cara's entire storyline.
I put cheat file in game folder as you suggested and in game when I click "k" but cheat menu doesn't show. I am playing pc version on android with joiplay. Please help.

Damn, i knew right away, when i have seen the cross in the Deans home, that her husband wasnt praying to it, but on it. Is the Dean essential to the story? Can i just ignore her quests? Or do you have a choice to what way she will act, and change her to submissive instead of dominant?

How do you define optional? You can chose not to do Cara's quest line. It isn't important to the main story.
She will be submissive once you turn her.
Probably the most there's been in a while with Cara's storyline. I'm not the biggest fan of Cara, and had been putting hers off because of that, but it turned out to be one of the best in the update because of the incest factor.
For any wondering, this latest update was massive (0.15) and I really wanted to thank the developers. I can't fathom how much it must have taken.
So many women can be in the harem now. The main storyline is getting more interesting. Being able to buy properties, and actually have long term massive amounts of income is soooo nice. Even the tanning game is much better for short term income. I'm really excited for the potential of all those new harem candidates around town. Some of them are stunning character models. This has definitely been one of my favorite games to play recently, and I really appreciate all the work eXtasy has put into it
