By any chance have you made the other girls pregnant? Currently they will leave the house during pregnancy, but that will change in the next update.

Shit. That's it. I even mentioned that in Discord that I thought that's what it. Thanks for confirming it. It's also good to koow it will be fixed in the next update.
Also, I was wondering why is it that Luna is only 'Luna" and not Girlfiend(Or whatever we could choose)? Or the fact that Camila can only be listed as 'Servant'?

You can just change Camilla. Summon her and pick change personality, you need 10 MP for it though. She is just a servant by default, like Rose.
Luna is special and the MC states that when he subdues her. Notice that she both gives daily MP and either XP or money.

My speculation is that they show up at the house in a pattern consistent with their normal schedule (I don't know how the game tracks schedule, but I always thought that's what the brain power thing was for). the number I can walk around and find any given day differs. I thought this was intentional. Although with the pregnancy answer, this may be affecting what I see as well.

Currently if they are staying at your home and are not pregnant or mindless, then they will be in your home somewhere. You can find them in your bedroom, the bathroom, the living room or in the garden. Only time you can't find them are when they are supposed to be somewhere like the living room, but it is overruled by something like Sofia and Cara sitting at the table.

Yeah. I have a full house now as none are pregnant. Will have to continue after the events in 21. I currently have 23 kids. Not sure if I need more. lol
This sounds insanely good...but whether it is any good or not ultimately depends heavily on whether we get Ava fully under control once and for all. Ava has been a constant source or annoyance and irritation for the entire game so far and there is nothing good or enjoyable about it. The sooner the main plot can move on to something a lot more interesting the better.

The upcoming V0.21 update will bring a massive amount of new content and features to the game.
From fresh gameplay mechanics to new scenes and long-requested changes and expansions, this update is packed with improvements inspired directly by community feedback.
Today, I'd like to give you a brief overview of what to expect. In the coming weeks, I'll dive deeper into each of these additions and share more detailed previews.
New Quest
King of Nothing (Mainquest)
It's time to finally face Ava. The stage is set for the ultimate showdown between the MC and the woman who has haunted him for so long. But are you strong enough to resist her influence once and for all and take control of your own destiny?
Home Expansion
You can now build a second basement level beneath your home! This new area allows you to create private rooms for each of your girls, as well as an Ascension Room and even an indoor pool with a spa zone.
All of this is managed through the newly revamped Real Estate app.
Reworked "Girls at home" feature
Alongside the home expansion, the "Girls at Home" feature has been completely reworked!
From now on, if you want a girl to live in your home, you'll first need to build her a personal room. The number of Harem Quarters you've constructed determines how many girls can stay with you at once. The good news, there's no upper limit!
Also, girls who live with you are no longer restricted to staying inside your home. From now on, girls who live with you will either go about their regular daily routines or remain at home. That will be decided randomly.
And one more important update:
Pregnant girls and drones will now also remain inside your home. Instead of leaving, they'll withdraw to their private rooms, where you can always visit them.
New scenes at home
But that's not all! To go along with the home rework, I've added a total of 18 new scenes that can be experienced with the girls living in your house. Each girl gets 1 to 3 new scenes, and yes, two threesomes are included as well!
The scenes cover a wide range of content… and every single one of them is fully animated.
With the exception of Sofia and Chloe, every girl who can currently live with you has received at least one new scene in this update!
Upgrade harem members and the MC
The new Harem Quarters serve as private living spaces for your girls, the Indoor Pool unlocks new scenes. And the Ascension Room? That's where things get really interesting. In the Ascension Room, you can upgrade both yourself and your harem members!
Each girl has three powerful upgrade options to choose from. These upgrades come at a price, though, each one requires a significant amount of Mind Points.

New Quality of Life improvements
The "Harem" tab in your Contacts app has received a big usability upgrade. There you now can see who's currently living in your home, whether someone is pregnant, how far along the pregnancy is, and what personality state each girl currently is in.
I've also added character portraits to the locations on the World Map, for both main and side girls. These portraits show you whether you've already completed a location, or if there's still someone you've missed.
Lovense support added
With V0.21, Lovense toys are now fully supported, bringing a whole new level of immersion to every scene.
Timeframe for release
Since this update includes a massive amount of new content and I didn't want to split it into smaller parts, V0.21 will take a bit longer than usual.
I'm estimating around 8–10 weeks of development time, which means a realistic release window is mid to late September.
I tried to search here and on the apps. But is there a way to change How your Subdued girls address you? Like, Master to Lord for example
call one of your to your room , there will be a chatting option to change both for your and their name, but it will change how everybody address you or you address them .
