Ok, so I was a bit weirded out by the whole presentation of Koby's quest. Found a way to get all the achievements without starting a new game if you have enough saves: Go to the point in old saves just before the scene leading to the achievements and replay. However, for the level-up achievements, you need to go back to the point when you about to level up to 5, and the the achievements will unlock all the way up to the level of your last save. For money achievements, I have a little bit over 20,000 in my last save, and I unlock all of them by just sleeping over night.

Here's how pregancies are implemented:
