I know it's a weird quirk, but I think one thing I'd want in a fully completed version is for each girl to have a custom bedroom rather than all of them getting the same cookie cutter room. Like Sara's room should have plants and her guitar, Alice's would have pretty impressive computer set up and so on.
In universe, I'd only expect personalised rooms for "girlfriend" personalities - "servant" could have the current generic room, and "drone" (or whatever the mindless version is called) have something devoid of comfort as well as personality.
As others have already pointed out, coming up with suitable individual rooms would be a significant amount of work, so, at least for me, it's definitely a "would be nice" rather than a "must have".

The phone page shows your default chance of impregnating a random harem member. The girl modification screen affects your specific chance with that one woman. If you ejaculate inside Chloe, you'll now get her pregnant every time; if you ejaculate inside Alice (assuming she hasn't been upgraded), you'll get her pregnant something like one attempt in five.
It worked, thanks. What does bak mean?
If you go back thirty years or so, MS DOS (and Windows 95, which was built on it) limited filenames to "8.3" format - eight characters, a dot, then a three character "filename extension" that told the computer (and knowledgable users) what sort of file it was - filename extensions are still used today, though there are additional ways for a file to tell the computer what sort of file it's dealing with, and they're no longer restricted to three characters.
Under that system, the .bak filename extension indicates that the file is a "backup" - a copy of a file taken in case something happens to the original - so it's also a fairly standard choice when someone wants to rename a file so it won't be picked up by whatever looks for the original, without permanently deleting the file in case it turns out they need it after all...
