It's interesting that you've mentioned that because I was actually talking to a Scottish person yesterday regarding the process of cleaning up Coco's dialogue. You've probably noticed that she doesn't appear all that often — because I was writing her while using an online Scots dictionary, and, of course, that's not the way to create a natural looking (or sounding for that matter) speaking manner. It's also a very slow and grueling process in general.First time I've been back to this in ages. I have to ask, wur ye pure melted on the uisce beatha when you invented Coco or did ye lose a fecht wi a haggis?
I mean, it's all good, I've met muckle few fairmers that talk like they're chewing a brick.
None are from Glasgow tho.
Inquisitive pished Scots demand to know.
If this has been covered afore blame my innability to use search while buckled.
Slàinte. Wha's like us an all that gash.
As for her inauthenticity in terms of the lore, consider this: it's the future. Things change. Not to mention, she's not from Glesga, she's from Dunfermline. Although, I don't remember if I kept the line where she says that in the dialogue.
