Plus, RenPy allows you to skip dialogues until the next choice option.

You can, but Bree will end your route because of commitment to Dominique, so you will get an unique ending with her but a very short one and perhaps not too satisfying.
Iris, on the other hand, has an extended unique combination with Dominique, but you need to be on her true route and not be a bimbo. You get one of two possible outcomes depending on whether Blake can get pregnant or not.
During the actual playthrough those routes never cross each other.
When I played this as couple of years ago i didn't feel it was wordy at all, perfect word economy imo, it's just got a lot of stuff going on. There's a lot of games with complex routing and I always use a walkthrough. My biggest issue is that the majority of paths is not to my taste so that's the struggle trying to find the right route to play.

I'm curious to those that finished, one thing I liked about this game is it always took it's time, I honestly thought it still had years to go. Haven't checked it out in some time waiting for more content. Did this get finished, or "finished". With how complex it was and how big the world building could be, curious if it feels full and truly complete or like "this is going to take too many more years and I want to start other projects" type of end.
Just adding this isn't a knock at the dev, this games wonderful and I'm happy to see it wrap up and look forward to your future work.

It is sort of both. I could potentially drag Shattered on for quite some time but the frustration factor built up over the years, and I just no longer feel as inspired. It does feel that the amount of filler becomes too noticeable, unfortunately.
On the other hand, there are still important story-related events I haven’t put in place, and I’ll get busy with them later. The main reason why I finished Dominique’s ending first is because it’s the least dependent on Blake’s decisions. You just let a mistress control your life from now on and forever, nothing else matters. Other routes will be resulting from a much broader set of previous choices.
As for future projects, I am not planning any, and don’t really feel like I’ve got any good ideas for them.
In Dominique's slave route with Iris, is it also possible to be a bimbo, or does that block Dominique's route?

Can anyone post Iris + Dommie Slave route save here? (Around the time Blake moves to deliverance) I lost my saves sometime back and the game has too much text (NOT COMPLAINING) that it takes wayyy too much time to get to that point..even with skipping

Bimbo status doesn’t block either of those routes but specifically in the ending Iris will not remain with bimbo Blake.
I made three save files right before the ending for my patrons (one of which included Iris’s route) but making one for the start of seventeenth act would take time. I’ll try to find it tomorrow.
Many such cases... Dominique's ending is the story you wanted to write... and everything else is some kind of technical debt.

But don't BRd or BRe routes block Dominique Slave? I haven't played in a long time, but I thought they did.

While there is no canon ending for the story, I can tell for a fact that out of all important characters Dominique was the last one to be introduced. In fact, it was one of my long-time supporters who came up with her, and I liked the idea (with certain changes). So, it’s a little ironic that her ending came out first, and that she became such pivotal character.
Blake can only become a bimbo through submission, and bimbo Blake can become dominant through Taeng’s experiments. That’s why BRe locks you out of Dommie’s route. But you can simply avoid it.
