Free-roam games take a lot of work to get right: making the navigation un-frustrating, balancing the timing and density of events, ensuring the story makes sense even when you can repeat events or do them out of order, and so on. Also, it takes a long time for the developers of these games to fill them up with enough content that they no longer feel empty.

If this dev isn't a native speaker, he or she has the best grasp of the language of any non-native English speaking dev in the entire history of this site. He's probably better than most native English devs on here too for that matter. I counted only 5 minor issues (i.e. incorrect plurals or non-ideal word choices), 2 clarity issues (which happen to anyone writing in any language), 10 punctuation mistakes (people love to use a comma where a period would be better), and 6 minor spelling mistakes (eg "shaddy" instead of "shady").
For a first release from an independent dev, this is damn near immaculate writing. Not to mention the slang and friendly ball-busting between bros felt authentic for Americans.
But otherwise, incest is for "normal folk"?

I understand that we've been conditioned by porn and adult game devs to see a black male, or worse a fit young black male, and assume he's gonna try to swoop all the white pussy he can, consequences be damned. And all that white pussy will inevitably be his, because the only thing women love more than a nice guy is a confident bad boy, right?
But I saw no evidence that he was that sort of guy. There was no foreshadowing or hint at an oversexed personality. If the dev wanted to foreshadow him as a sexual rival, the hot dog vendor would have been a hot girl, and we would have seen him hitting on her shirtless. And he'd have some facial hair, cornrows, a doo-rag, or all three to show us what a badass thug he is.
The fitness and race of this character seemed more like a device to show that the MC isn't a typical nervous pushover suburban computer programmer office slave or slave-in-training (read compsci major) like most other AVN MCs are. Their conversation hinted at a rougher past and the latent physical prowess of the MC despite his currently comfortable lifestyle and career. Their banter further showed that the MC isn't socially inept like the usual sheltered nerdy white momma's boy MCs.
I think that the trope is being subverted here, and I really hope I'm right. I'm really tired of the stereotype in these games.

is under the Dev Notes:
"Mechanics: Some roaming mechanics could be added in the future, if the situation is right. Until then it will be a normal vn. I plan to add progress tracking, galleries and other things in the coming episode."
