I linked the mod, that's all there is. Not counting the odd cheat which we already have in-game anyway. Again they're preparing for mod support but haven't actually done it yet, there's no Steam Workshop.

Something might happen today, but I don't know what.

The frequency of releasing a new update is about 3-5 days.

Get another steam account. This is what I do and then use 3rd party site to purchase key. A bit of a pain to switch accounts.

Q: Is there actual sex in the game?
A: No, but we consider adding it through DLC in the future.
