I linked the mod, that's all there is. Not counting the odd cheat which we already have in-game anyway. Again they're preparing for mod support but haven't actually done it yet, there's no Steam Workshop.

Again the developer posted a FAQ just before 0.780, that is most up to date answer...

Q: Is there actual sex in the game?
A: No, but we consider adding it through DLC in the future.
