Yes, you can. There is exactly one unavoidable scene and that one is just a handjob (and the MC isn't really doing it voluntarily). The other scenes only trigger if you lose a fight for example or failed at something.
If you are playing on windows there is a tool called snipping tool that everyone should have. You can also just press the print button to take a screenshot as well, but that's probably more complicated than just using the snipping tool.
You can get into relationships and then still have sex with other people behind their back.
After pregnancy dates wuth the phone in house are lost? I dont know if IS a bug or a feature but the phone dont interact more

OP says you can use a contraption to avoid preg stuff. But as there are fights I guess if MC looses she will get fucked.
So how "easy" is it to avoid preg? Do you constantly have to buy a pill or something? Or is it more an opt in for that kind of content?

How do you arrest the justice squad near the Red Dragon Dojo, seems you need to help the police before getting the third medal, I have gone up to to one justice squad guy but Lucy just mentions how he looks similar to the one back in her town.

I swear, I fixed that bug like two times already but it's still there <.<. I will check it out again.
You can buy condoms in a hospital and then use them at like 90% of all the scenes. Losing a fight doesn't always result in getting fucked, I think there is actually only one or two scenes like that and you can't get pregnant in these scenes. Aside from that there are only a very few paths and characters that won't let you wear a condom but these should be pretty obvious.
1) Talk with the token quest guy at the Red Dragon Dojo.
2) Help the police until they trust you enough.
3) They will eventually tell you about the Justice Squad Raid and you can join them.
I'm not sure if this has been already reported, but I found a bug.

I just checked the code and everything seems to be alright so it could be a rare engine bug that happens when you skip through text too fast. If you do the scene again, do you get the same bug again? If yes, then there is actually a bug that's needs to be fixed, if not it's an engine bug and nothing I can really do about it.
