At least I could not get my gamepad working. Namely I could not rebind movement keys and also up/down movement was unbound by default. Keyboard worked fine though.

It's not fair if the bar to pass is 10 multiverses away though, lol. But you're not wrong, Streets of Rage is definitely better. But as far as ero games go I don't think it's all that bad.

Someone feel free to correct me since it's been a while since I played it, but I'm pretty sure it's all bad end related. That's all I remember seeing at least.
How to play in coop? I don't see any info about it. Maybe translation of "COOP" mean "game on the same device with different controllers"?

Go to options -> Input -> Advance setting ( small button on bottom right)
copy file config_bg1-2.png and put them on /data folder . Replace old file with new one from the post for the translation.
I think you enable that option by mistake in advance setting. It's not enable by default when you staring the game.
Hey what's up with the virus detection pinging on this? Even when downloaded directly from github it still pops up with a virus detection.
What I meant to say is that I found the menu where to rebind gamepad keys, but rebinding them to dpad did not work. After rebinding, the keys just did nothing. Of course this might just be an issue with my controller.

need full save or a clue how to unlock all stage? does it require you to lose each stage and each stage boss? does virgin effect certain galley?

If you finish all stage while still virgin you'll unlock special scene that can't be unlocked by using points.
