No. At first he's only interested in making a video version of Yuuka's game and then the motivation to make a DLC/more side content just came of his own accord.

That only happens if Izumi is pregnant. This means that this CG scene can only be accessed if Izumi isn't pregnant.

yeah there's also different scenes/dialog if you lay eggs near every dudes that can fuck you

There's a bug where the game doesn't give you the code to open the silver chest and prevents you to move on on the story
