For the first image, you need some key to bring John underground as well. This is hard because, even though there's the guide for it, you need to triggering John to move underground twice. First he's only searching for nothing, and second for that quest. The first scene, when he's searching for nothing is hard to trigger since there's no certain things to trigger him to move underground, hence I moved him by myself using editor.

The picking tool is to be use on the boulder in this area. The boulder will then fall down and kill one of the monster in the lower layer and you'll be able to make Izumi hornier by going to the spot where the monster got killed.
Yes there is. Press X, go to Important items and choose "Izumi's memory" (one of the pink icons) which will take you to the recollection room
hey since you already finished the game can you tell me how to unlock the 3rd ending? that's the only scene that i haven't got
What you need to do is following the same steps to get to Ending 1. However before you go to John to reactivate the power supply(I think that's what it was), you climb down the ladder at the cafeteria/dining room where you'll see the dude next to the bed for the mating press cg. Talk to him three times and choose "I can't handle it anymore" option for Ending 3
