Basically you need to know which order each decals should be stacked.
For example: The steam and sweating decals always come first, then you follow up with yuuka decals

I would advise you to take a look at the in-game CGs, that way you can compare the decals you extracted to the ones in the game and know which is the proper order to place them.

which version are used for the mod it seems the newer version is bugged mine stuck at the crew when you first encounter

V1.03, I used the translation done by curious_sheeve to test it. Not all CGs has the nipple cut-out so keep digging, or else maybe it has something to do with save files but I have no clue.
