I asked recently if I should get rid of that rule, but the majority told me to keep it.
(to give the dev time to fix bugs, and to give a proper translator time to pick up the game.)

I can't work on it if it violates rules, and if it doesn't, it does not qualify as hopeless since he seems to want to translate it at some point.
