I actually didn't notice that.
I thought there were no Tips on characters because I assumed they should be in Contacts; and there was just a description.
I was just tired and the grind is rough.
It looks like it's going to take weeks to raise Rose's relationship.

It's been a while
but IIRC
you need to build up your experience at the burger place, then do the course or courses related to the bartender on the PC, apply for a job on the PC and wait for a phone call.

Delighted with the update. I've been wanting to see Emma and Rose for a while. I understand that it's a little easier to do with other characters than with the mother and sister (I hope we finally get it with them in the next update). The problems I had with Lily's story in the previous version were fixed in this one, and I was able to continue with their stories.
Now, I'd like you to review this issue with Rose's story or tell us when we should go see it to continue progressing, or if it's perhaps a glitch and something we've already done (which I highly doubt is the case, unless it's a mission from previous versions).

Thank you very much for your great work. And one small suggestion: make the action sequences move a little faster to compensate for the inability to use skip and not have to constantly tap the mouse and keyboard to speed them up.

ok, I take it I completed the up then, because those are the only options I get, even though the tip shows to approach Rose when she's sleeping
