started playing a few days ago and the game made it pretty obvious that im on some kinda genocide route, just want to check does getting the genocide route first lock me out of anything with how this game carries stuff over saves?

I know you read back and (presumably) got the answers you're looking for, but figure I may as well give the answer anyways for others who might be curious:

• As of v7.2+ you are physically unable to go genocide route your first time around. You get forcefully booted off at 2 - 2.
• As of v7.2+ you are unable to beat the genocide route without cheating.
• It won't lock you out of anything permanently, you just have to reach max affection twice or something. Or so I've heard, anyways. If it does, see next bullet point.
• PublicData.rv2 is where the stuff that carries over is stored. Delete or move it along with your saves, then it'll be like you just downloaded the game.

It happened to me too, all you have to do is reinstall joi to play the latest version and the plugin, if it doesn't work, download the game again, unzip it and transfer your save files there. If it doesn't work tell me.

It will lock you out of getting any of the mercy (the "Good" ones) endings, if that's your intention.

Well, not long ago and I am not killing any girl, I choose to spare them and later I found out at ch 1-2 that there are different routes and endings.
Do you know how to unlock all lost scenes, I don't want to keep losing to find all scenes it gives really danger debuff (also found at ch 1-2 about debuff and corruption).

I wouldn't say i do, since i didnt play this game for the porn, and given the art and the masochist content which i dislike, i didint seek them out
If you're worried about corruption, back up your public save data, it's where it's stored, and when you fuck up, paste it over
As for the scenes, some of them are triggered under special circumstances other than simply losing, that's the best i can tell you
