Is the game completed now? I played this when the black kitsune fight was still in development. I wanted to play it again if the game is completed.

If the fight with Black Fox is important for you, then this game is still in development.
At this point only main story and EX1-4 are completed, while The Black Fox is waiting to be "awakened" by the developer.

If I remember correctly, after you lose to her, your game should close by itself.
After that, when you re-open it, press START and quickly hold Q with W.

It truly is sad, that some people left notes (MAILs) in the game's folder that should only appear at the appropriate time... *sighs*

The game doesn't close itself, and when I hold Q and W I have the screen but I can't use it, and it find no issue

Sounds like you need to make sure Hecate has started the death loop first. You'll know it started if you press start and immediately get a cutscene. After that, reset/close reopen the game, and open debug mode.
Alternatively, follow Mr. Cofman's hint in the red text.

Sounds like he fails before Hecate beats him by the script? Never happened to me, which is why I find it difficult to understand what he wants.
