so the issue I think is that {sorry since i don't know how to put spoiler tags for those that haven't reached that yet} is that once you are "used but alive" you need to head to the piano and that shiny spot there is the key which is misleading since it can be interpreted as a death scene option, you must do it before you leave since if you don't get the key you will get soft locked

if anyone can contact the author of the game he could point out that there are some points where certain animations freeze, at least I noticed it in the story of the family and the robots.
