Have you installed any mods/walkthroughs? They can cause this problem.
Seems like one of the mods is based on the previous version of the game, that's why it asks for images that were used in earlier rpys. You can just redownload/unpack the game again, it should fix everything.
What mod have you used btw?

One of the best game.The story writing and teasing differentiate it from other games...
100%. The teasing and the various faces Megan makes to seduce the MC is very well done. Not many games do this or at least do this that well.
