Yeah the MC is really inconsistent in that way. He had absolutely no problem to abuse his power on a random innocent doctor that helped him at the beginning but got really weird about other people around him. Even the Megan corruption path happened rather by accident. My guess it is already to much work for the dev with all the current optional stuff.

since you've waited so long you're better off playing the completed version, there's one more episode after reworked update and then it's over.

2 episodes-ep.5 ch.2 and 3p.6 ch.1
But he will do them one after another and then will make ch.10
