he must have taken advantage of someone because been 2-4 weeks for MC in the hospital.

This is not all sudden, there are talks about Sarah going to college in previous episodes and MC even promissed help her with that

A question for those who know more: I found references to "The visit" (the TV show that MC watches in one of the first interactions with Megan), "Milfy city" in that "Linda" that Jack (the evil one) has gone to see in a city called something like "Milky city". Both are very good games too, so I would like to know which games these images refer to.
