I discovered this game only this month through Steam. I would say it has been 100% remade because, based on what was released, the entire game maintained the same consistency in rendering.
The remake / remaster has been finished. Going forward there's only gonna be new content.
That was the reason for the first episodes getting remastered. There now is no difference in graphics quality anymore - everything's on a par.

This is the main reason why some are in C-tier. the ones above just have more sexual content or more content in general.
