It's not out yet, no (and mod isn't updated yet anyway) and yes, patch is universal anyway.

There will be a minor update to ep. 6 (a few scenes just before MC gets his glasses - that is when Boring Games got his new GFX-card and introduced the new age-graphics
that everyone's gotten used to by now)
