Ummmm... Did the OP review his own game? Shocker, he gave it 5 stars. Is that even allowed?

Also annoying: Limiting the "current release" of his demo to patrons online and expects everyone to wait another 6 days for the general release or become a patron. Dude, it's a demo. You should be wanting EVERYONE to give it a try. Wait until you have a little bit of a following before you do that.

What's up with V.09? I know there really isn't a standard when it comes to stuff like this, but really? V.09 for a first release demo?

When I read this, I pictured someone playing this game with kids behind him watching, so he just puts on headphones as if that'd fix the problem. Gave me a chuckle.

Review version 0.09

Art 4/10: Models per se are good, maybe a little grainy. But the background are really empty and shallow. My bigger concern about the art in general are those big head shots that keeps hoovering with the same expression for the whole dialogs, looks like a rushed thing that is worth of a proof of concept not a demo.

Story 2/10: Basically is the story of Nacho Vidal with the money cheating mode who wants to bang his sister.. and every pussy who walks near him. The scenes are completely disconnected between each other & sometimes the scene itself doesn't make much sense.

Sound 4/10: The game start with the random death of granpa and we have the background music that resemble that of the ice-cream truck, Really? There are a couple of sister voicing about what she is saying that are kind of nice and i appreciated that

Overall 2/10:Beside that sister model and the voicing there is really nothing that can be saved IMO. The game is not a demo but just a proof of concept or version 0.0.0.0.0.1. It need a lot of writing to fix the holes in the story and a lot of render to make character feelings and emotions flows with the story ( the sex scene is really just 2 renders with 2 texts "fuck me" "i'm cumming", that's it!). the fact that the dev made a review on self project and hid part of the "demo" content under paywall are a big turn down but were not a weigh during the review. There is a still a lot of road ahead for this dev just to release the real demo.. good luck on that, but for now

For starters if you read up the very large sprite were a test, er design flaw that failed and I promised to fix which I have done already.

Secondly I didn't post the earlier discussions here in the gaming section, it was moved here by the OP, the rating I did should not have been here.
I like constructive criticism that's why I posted the demo on a pirate site and why the version is 0.09 and not 0.1 so I can make changes to it.
If you have 0.09 and not 0.09a then you already have a pirated copy and not the demo I posted here which is fine I understand and even welcome it in a way as it gives more conversions to fix the issues I have in my first project. If you take the time to read my Patreon site it tells why the first part of this was more like a VN as I'm trying to get a team together to work on this project with the skills that I lack.

I understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but the fact that this dev is already trying to take shortcuts doesn't give me a good feeling about his game.
The self-review, the trying to hide the demo behind a paywall, and him looking to hire people already... These are not good looks. My prediction: game won't get many patrons, dev gets frustrated because this isn't easy money, and this game won't get past a third update.

Don't worry too much about the criticism man. If you really care about the game you're making, you wouldn't give a shit about what anyone else says. Just keep pushing the updates and the people here will still most likely play. Just don't quit, like most people do after the first few updates aren't well received.

The audio is an interesting touch, though I feel like it may have been ripped from someone else's work(easily found on parts of reddit), rather than hired specifically for this game.

No makeup shouldn't make the person look like a corpse, hopefully that improves in future iterations.

Just keep pushing the updates and the people here will still most likely play. Just don't quit, like most people do after the first few updates aren't well received.

I'm not too worried and I'm working on the next update as we speak. I'm a disabled veteran with a lot of time to spare if this project fails I'll just start a new one with what I learned.

Also, the MC looks horrendous. There's a middle way between skinny kid and neckless bodybuilder.

The only redeeming feature is the sister, visually that is.

This needs a lot of work for me to even consider paying anything for it.

The no makeup was to show a transformation later with the help of the studio, yes I botched it a bit in photoshop but she still looked too damn good even without makeup, if you extract the images you can see the sprites of her emotions with makeup and a touch of the transformation I was shooting for. I may go back and redo those once I figure out how to do it without bleaching her but still have her look more plain.

If it weren't necessary for part of the story in the TV show for the MC to be buff, I'd put a poll up and we could trim him down, Maybe if someone wants to put a poll up anyway I may be convinced to trim him down a tad. I really don't think he's that huge, I was nearly that big when I was on active duty.

There are two kind of games, in my experience at least... to fap or to immerse yourself.
Neither one is bad per se if they accomplish that goal.

The fap games can be fun, serious... but need to be sexy aka gimme a boner you fucker.
I think this game has that in spades, good renders, the sound...
The story is over-the-top? So what?
Maybe is not your cup of tea, that's fine but doesn't make the game bad.

I do tend to ramble a bit but in the end I hope to pull off the story. I might have given more than needed as a background story, over 3500 words, but moving on. Now I'm into the game section and the renders keep bogging my box down, I have more characters to introduce and uncover the mystery TV show and why the MC is so buff. The ship is awesome, 7 bedrooms, a theater, a gym, pool, etc... The resort next door has it's own bedrooms and a nice lounge topside.
The town where the TV show is being filmed (should have been a spoiler) is very small and not much to do there. I'm still hopeful to add people to this project as well.
