The Sicae MC is kinda the origin (and older) and trained to be an assassin his whole life and had the first experimental version of the serum but the mbml mc has (according to the sicae mc) a higher potential due to the strongest serum (most likely).
But the Sicae MC is for sure more of a warrior, mbml mc seems more like a power of love hulk

Eternum (dev mentioned he's committed to getting it out before Christmas and that last batch of sneaks will be at the end of this month or early December, which would put release day somewhere in between those)
Pale Carnations (this is based on dev prog and mentions that they are "close to the finish line" as well as speculation on main thread)
Out of Touch (not exactly one of the big boys but next update is a heavy one since it's 2 whole chapters worth of content and it's going to be released for everyone this December)
