I haven't played it but from what I have been told when I asked before it really is just free roam not sure how true that is still. Which is why I never trust the sandbox tag

script to reset the various phone's states in case you have an issue to open it when supposedly available

1. load your save and you should see a notification message if that worked
2. save then you can remove the script

btw with the phone's changes in ch2 part2 (v0.1.2.2) you can now set a wallpaper, while changing it theres 1 chance / 100 to set a "special" one
