Follow the step-by-step instructions I went through because some objects only appear after the scene has been executed, in this case it would be the video game scene

Yeah I go to the TV, I get the dialogue about the person that is on your friends with and then the dialogue ends. Is there something else to that? After I get that scene, I go in the attic and I can't grab the doll.

Edit: My saves were bugged and not letting me continue the story. I used the tape 10 save included in the download and it fixed it.

I remember playing this some time ago and wanted to check out the update, but now it is so slow it's basically unplayable on the same system. Also this game really needs a way to deflate those balloons she has, totally ridiculous.

After a night spent in the basement without any sign of the Bunny, Albert and Jill head back home, leaving Kira home alone again. But it's not long until there's someone at the door again.

• Two scenes added
• Gallery fully reworked
• Added 8 scenes into the gallery (scenes in the gallery must be unlocked through gameplay, or by using the cheat save file)
• DLSS updated to version 3.5
• Inventory mechanic changed: Items now need to be selected from the inventory and used at the appropriate triggers, instead of just pressing E
• Fixed double sound bug in some animations
• Fixed problem where Minotaur Slave part 2 and 3 couldn't be played
• Fixed Kira's wrong outfit in some scenes
• Justin's cap is now removed from the inventory after being used
• Kira should no longer turn into the invisible man after the pool scene
• Various small fixes in camera work, materials and correcting light in some places.

How to use the save files: Find the file in "gamefolder/SaveGames/" (Gamefolder = here you unrar'ed the game) Write in the folder navigation panel "%localappdata%\OST_Game\Saved\SaveGames" put TapeX.sav there. Start game and load slot X. Save file and a readme included.

the game freezes in the menu, I can't press anything. I check in the Saved folder but there is no config file there. I tried changing the settings on an older version and still nothing. any advice?

Same problem, i have a high end PC with updated drivers so that cant be the problem also. I think some part of the Unreal engine glitching for us, but i dont know why.

I'm gonna stop using dedicated benchmark software and just try to run this game every time I upgrade my PC.
20GB Vram on my new GPU (7900 XT), admittedly it's paired with a 5950x but ~40-50FPS with RTX off?
Jesus Christ man, are they just stacking shit together and hoping it works?
I want to like this game because the concept is interesting and it looks pretty. It's just so badly put together.

They actually do, like most unreal engine games they put lots of shit together in a crappy way and hopes it will do fine

I used to have high hopes for this game and enjoyed it.
Figured I'd try it again after not playing for a few updates, and now it's just a pain.
You end up just going around stepping up to everything and clicking E (and it doesn't tell you that you just have to figure it out by pressing buttons until something happens) randomly all over the house because you have no clue what you can or can't interact with. No sound so far, found the binoculars, exclamation point appears and figured out it's the window (I think because I tried everything else) but no binoculars. Search all over the house after reading a thread that said it would drop them if you picked something else up (but I didn't), so went all over the house again searching, until the game locked me into a searching a shelf by entering into a text input that just kept scrolling everything I type by the exclamation point. Cntl+Alt+Del and end task.
How did a graphics update and the addition of a few new scenes nerf this game so badly?

Here is how you can get spare key to the garage

1 Put food for the cat, 2 answer the door, 3 leave the house next to the door and interact with the sign on the bench (first image attached) interact again with the garage door, 4 go to the bedroom and get the key top of the safe (don't forget to interact with the garage door, if you're not sure, interact more than once) (image 2), after that go to the garage door, press "i" and use the key, interact with the goose-shaped float, 5 goes to the pool and takes the game from the corner of the pool (image 3), 6 goes to the video game and interacts with it, 7 goes to the attic and takes the doll next to the vibrator. horse (image 4), 8 Take Justin's glasses which are located on his desk next to the monitor (image 5), after picking up the glasses the rabbit will appear, 9 answer the door talk to your neighbour and that's it.

Not really sure then tbh, using a small RTX 3060 and 16gb ram with a i5 chip and the game works smoothly without issue so, kinda confused
