I made an updated walkthrough for up to this point.

I made each day a separate page since all together is waaaaay too tall of a page.

Let me know if I missed anything important.

There's not much too it but I've updated the guide.

Same on my end. Tried to go everywhere there, or interact with the shelf, but nothing seems to happen?

The shelf blocking the door should be out of the way and the door open. If it it isn't then it's bugged for you. You might need to reload a save or something.

You can put 'Tape 10' in Game folder in
Drive C---User---Your username---AppData---Local---OST Game---Save

Also, Tape 10 ...start from last day , scene at beach

Nah I know that but kinda want a save file like the old tape 9 save where the character is in her bedroom but when checking her computer for the gallery all scenes a re unlocked

Save 10 does have all scenes unlocked, but you need to play through about 5-10 mins of content currently to get back to the bedroom.

... The walkthrough says that the cop takes them home and then the game continues on for two more days after that, but none of that happens for me. Instead the game goes into some 'To Be Continued' scenes, then returns to the main menu.

What gives? I only downloaded it yesterday. Is the UploadHaven file an old version mislabeled?

I found the solution
Just go to C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Local\OST_Game\Saved
Delete folder Config and Logs and open the game again

The is a grill near pool open it and do action then go to exit and there is will end of early access

Does the game have some issue with setting resolution? I select native 4k but the overal image quality looks really fuzzy

So is tape 10 bugged or is the game bugged? get to this point and then I'm assuming your meant to enter the hidden room but the shelves are in the way with no way to move them, just after the policie scene
