Nope my last playthrough she didn't even announce she was pregnant and I never saw her again till after I moved into the new house and suddenly two days later she gives birth even though the last time I saw her was 3 months in game time.she does .. but you have to wait like 3 days after her giving birth ... 1st time you see her after .. nothing happens .. go back and bang her sweet ass .. always works that way for me

I got the phone call a few times. But every playthrough I do after the pregnancy I never see her again till after the new house. It never let's me go see her again. She just poofs into thin air till the new house.ok here's a couple screenshots to show you what i'm talking about
Just 1, I get her pregnant as fast as I can, then I never see her again till after the move. No option, always on the computer go see Paola, but when walking down the hall no option given.
Nope the long hair blonde across the hall. I've done 5 playthroughs and it has happened on ever playthrough.5th on the way in my case, are you sure you are not thinking someone else?
well it should be telling you not to see her for 3 days ... then when you visit her .. she'll have to baby in her arms and tell you she's busy .. go back the day after and have fun with her ...

I see the dialogue they give, but they just do not show up on the couch. I find it happens when I do not have Anna and Rebeca in the game mostly. If I only have 2 of the 4 girls is when they do not show.you have to watch music on t.v. for the girls to show up .... a little later ( after a few days ) .. watching porn will cause Moko to show up
update to version 18.1 .... maybe you should reload from a save before you knock her up the 1st time ... and try again .. cause i've never had any problems with her
