well for elena you have to pass threesome with james 1nce, after you can have her solo or not, if you dont accept the offer am not sure if you get another chance, you might cut her for good
for julia not sure, might have something to do with taking blue pills, what was know up to this update in this guide for both

some time after james gona come to office and inv you to dinner , to buy elena house and you get to agree to take care ema, and ema send james to pick you up in office to get wasted when shes ovulated, cant miss it, if you did all as it should be, does take a bit

yeah takes time, if you did agreed , at some point james will inv you to club , for me it happened on her ovul day

well for Julia was a thing that you cant mute her bf when you have sex at her place, he likes to watch and listen, if you mute her then you dont have her on call. that was a thing with previous update
and Elena in this one moves away for a while when you buy her house , till she gives birth she told
