Betty hints at wanting her first time to be special or someone special if memory serves correctly. So yeah, there are a few exceptions that prove the rule.

Sasha starts off as a brainwashed hipster that turns to the MC's benefit.

And i think you need to replay MC has never seen Anna before its something hes best friend set up for him, the first time they see one another is when you can fuck her or drop her route, it will take you less then 5 mins to get to that point in the game so just try it and see that im right, theres i dunno like max 10 dialogs if that between Anna and MC befor they end up in bed, so yeah in my eyes a whore when shes that easy and just broke up with her boyfriend as well.
