Do not need to get mugged first. I have always bought the gun first, made him give me his money twice, then asked him to work for me.
In the console just give the command "jump ch_julia_birth" (without the quotes), the word label should not be there.

Pretty sure there is only 1 sleep scene in the whole thing and it's early in Part 1.
Has anyone save file (Sandbox) of everything completed the latest update or very close to it?

I'm guessing it's been a while since you played. Pregnancy was planned from the very beginning. He's just unlocked unlimited pregnancy for a lot of the girls.
Is the repeatable sex scene with Chichi only slipping in at the very end or is there more of an actual full on sex scene with her after multiple visits?

For now that's pretty much it but you use it to build love points as long as you tell her your her lover, should be more planned for her down the road
