its a glitch .. megalono is fixing it in the next update .... you can get her a second way ...
Secret has a bug—if she tells you inside BDSM that she gave birth, she will never move into the new house, even if you invited her. This will be fixed in version 0.19.1.

tho did you return to bdsm and check if you can ask again, if you did and its no ask again option skip few weeks.
