as long as you stay away from the strip bar .. you will not get robbed .... visit and talk to Raj on the street . by the app ... go home ( do not visit the strip club .. you will get robbed ) when at home goto your computer and buy the gun .. before going to the strip club

His friends girlfriend the one you have the threesome with moving in not yet and I'm not sure she will.
Only the Dev knows that... and he's allready disapointed me once by not haveing Teodora move in.
As for his orginal Girlfriend yes she do's move in and its not if you got her pregnent early in the game as mentioned.

And then agree to help her get back at him thats what trigger's her moving in.

I play on sandbox mode since MC moved to Mohoro. I didn't like the VN mode.

yeah probably ... but the 1st house is the MCs mom& dads house not his .... the 2nd one is an apartment .. which the MC does not own ... and well that leaves the mansion which the MC does own
