It would've been interesting to see her again in the story. I think Moko had asked the protagonist back at the karaoke if he wanted to fuck her in Chapter 1.

for the one that is currently on 10 bucks tier sure, you can always find it or on P or on D its public
for what ever will come after dev didnt put anything together yet and dont really expect at least till this one hits public, but you can always keep an eye on same places P and D

So the players can have access to Secret/Lydia even if the deal with Madame was rejected, but if it's accepted then GK gets locked out. It'd be interesting to see if she could be hired later in the story as some sort of bodyguard (apart from James) as the protagonist begins touring for his electoral campaign and his Toscano opponents were up to something fishy.

gang path is pretty much what is, there is no plans for it, slim chance that she will win any kind off poll.
you get to collect money there every 5 days for max effect and thats it. and its not like we need it.
and also for now dev got no interest to link gang path to main (bdsm) path. there is apparently hate bdsm from that chick and shes raging lunatic so shes no go for main path.
as Toscano family goes, we have to breed their daughters and wife. one can hope
