After the last update, the game won't open or do anything. I have Windows 8.1.

Q: What to do if the game can't start?
A: If the game can't start, try to delete persistent file:
Open search and type/(copy-paste): %AppData% (press Enter)
It will open folder : C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\
go to RenPy\SimpleDays-1596073118
and delete the file: persistent

My game still supporting Windows 7+ and 32 bits

well some games do have extra sync folder inside appdata/renpy saves, just waste of space. this one doesnt

cant help you there much i play on pc, but which apk you got, official (devs) or someones else ?
i suggest you to tag that person. also try to switch locations, if it got any effect (went to check in .3 and .4 pc version there is no audio issue that would notice).
