The easiest way would be to load a save before you talk to manager and don't talk to her till you start everything for mayor in chapter 3 then it will only cost you 2 M and not 30. Sounds like you tried to buy it before that and it's 30M
Looks like BDSM will be better and have more content as it stands now.

In some days (might be more time), v0.20.4 will be uploaded by a Good Samaritan here. I wonder v0.21 is going to give Hanna a chance to enjoy the same treatment her friend and coworker Sasha did. It'd be interesting what's in store from the dev's part.

Just started this game a couple days ago and already spent a lot hours going through the paths. Randomly saw this game on a website, but just kept playing the web version. Didn't know about the guides until this post and it helped cut the time just going through trial and error of the paths. Just beginning Chapter 3.

You should prob just download it here and play. The web versions are not sanctioned by or approved by the developer and there have been some problems in past.
