- Lithium Comic, most definitely (I mean, the main characters are presented as cousins that later turn out to be actually siblings - not actually much of a spoiler if you just read the chapter titles). There's a sexy built-up all the way, and even though they don't fully commit until chapter 7 (if I remember correctly), the whole thing is definitely worth it. This is probably my absolute favorite story on the entire forum.
- Space Trek Fleet Wars, to a much lesser extent. It's also far less focused around a single protagonist, and there are two separate incest pairings (brother and sister, in both cases). Technically, it could be considered NTR or sharing, if it wasn't for the multiple protagonists (both male and female) of this particular story. At the very least, it could be considered swinging, as the two male characters on board the primary ship share all the female characters among themselves.
- The Adventures of Madiy and Crash, to some degree, although not as definite/obvious. As suggested by just one single panel in each part, the story you see is actually two siblings living out a fantasy story (while still doing the acts themselves in the "real" world). It's an easy story point to miss, though, since the two fantasy characters aren't even of the same humanoid species.
