So, it's possible to prevent NTR (netorare). Do you disable the content at the beginning, or do you have to choose the correct options? I personally prefer the former. Is it also possible to prevent sharing/swinging?

Can't disable at the beginning but you can just avoid the sharing path, i believe it's more focused on Hailey at this point.
