Hey everyone,
I wanted to get this out before the end of the month, so if what I'm about to say doesn't sit right with you, you've got a fair shot to bow out of supporting me.
So here's the scoop.
Why am I dropping this note?
Truth is, I just can't physically keep up with the pace of updates I've been cranking out. It's been eating into my time with family, friends, my health, my hobbies, and even my pet. Not to mention, I've been sidelining my day job, which, just to be clear, pays 90% of my bills. I've been all in on this because of my passion for creating 3DX content, but it's just not sustainable.
Your support on platforms like Patreon, Subscribestar, Itch, and Boosty has been the biggest pat on the back I could ask for. It's kept me fired up to keep creating amazing stuff for us to enjoy together. But I can't let it take over my life and my livelihood, especially since it's as unpredictable as the wind.
What's staying the same?
I'm not going anywhere, and neither is my project, Sinful Success. The releases, the animations with sound, and maybe some new projects are all still in the pipeline.
What needs to change?
The scope of each release, for starters. I can't do massive amounts of renders, hundreds of scenes, or dozens of animations with sound anymore. Nor can I churn out thousands of lines of text for editing. The joke here is, AI isn't much help with the NSFW content, so I'm on my own there.
How will things change?
1. I'm looking at rolling out new chapters in a leaner format. Think less about massive chapters with complexity, routes and more about standalone events that can still tie back to the main story. These will be simpler, kinetic VNs that require less grunt work.
This means less time spent on coding, designing, modeling, linking, uploading, compressing, and so on.
2. I aim to focus on fewer, but more impactful image scenes and include 2-3 animations. I want to add depth to these scenes with more text, fleshing out moments with passion, detail, background, drama, and suspense.
This approach will help me dodge boring filler scenes, save heaps of time, and zoom in on drama, flirting, teasing, and the good stuff - hard sex.
3. Here's a rough sketch of what I'm thinking:
- 5 scenes showing the daily lives of Milana and Sasha when it's just the two of them.
- 5 scenes building up the anticipation to an event, getting ready, going out, or meeting someone.
- 5 scenes of foreplay filled with erotic, flirting, dirty talking, and teasing.
- 5 to 10 scenes of the main event, featuring 2-3 animations with intense action - hard sex.
- 5 scenes wrapping up the event (aftermath, getting dirty, feelings of shame, regret, and wanting more).
- 5 scenes showing Milana and Sasha returning to their daily life after the event.
4. I'll let you guys more to decide with polls, thanks to a new modular approach. Depending on your support level, you'll get to pick sex positions, types of sex, outfits, and even locations and characters involved.
Conclusion
These four steps are how I plan to better invest my time, focusing on delivering high-quality animated scenes with sound, which will be a staple in every event. If this new approach works, it could lead to quicker updates. I've just got to give it a shot.
Next steps with a small demo
I'm currently working on custom scenes for a board member. It's going to be a bit smaller, standalone kinetic vn, and a great way to showcase my idea, but it will be smaller with 15 scenes / 75 renders and without animations. You will see the result soon. And based on this concept I will develop the event with the blowbang and wedding ring.
